The same 5,500 lb winch with a deeper body: it takes up 27 feet of 4 inch strap against the standard winch’s 24. Three feet does not sound like much until you are reaching over a wide load and find yourself short at the hook.
Fixed or sliding, same as the standard. The sliding body runs in Kinedyne winch track.

Which winch?
All four carry the same 5,500 lb working load limit and take the same winch straps and the same winch bar. What separates them is how much strap they will take up and how they mount.

A sliding winch only slides in Kinedyne winch track, and only the 3820 and 5820 sliding bodies fit it. Everything else bolts or welds to the trailer.
