A cranked handle for recoiling straps. A strap wound onto a winder goes into the toolbox as a tidy coil instead of a knot, comes out without having to be untangled on a wet dock, and lasts longer for not being trodden on in the bottom of a box.
Small and dull, and one of the few tools on this list that pays for itself in minutes rather than dollars. Two sizes, for different strap widths.
