Periodic and pre-use inspection of slings, hardware, and lifting devices by qualified personnel at an AWRF-accredited fabricator. We inspect to ASME B30.9, B30.10, and OSHA standards and provide written records for every inspection.

Resin sockets poured on tow pendants and wire rope assemblies, at the boat or in our Hatfield shop. Most of this work is tugs: we bring the rig to the pier, cut the old socket off, and pour a new one so the wire never has to leave the dock.
We repair and re-certify wire rope, chain, and synthetic slings in our Hatfield shop. Every repair is assessed, rebuilt to spec, proof tested, and re-tagged with documentation, so you know exactly what you're putting back in service.
Proof load testing at our Hatfield facility or at your job site. We use portable load testing equipment capable of testing hoists, below-the-hook devices, slings, and custom lifting assemblies. Every test produces full printed documentation.
