How it works
At your site
We come to you, work through your rigging where it lives, and tag as we go. Most customers pick a slow shift or a shutdown so nothing is in use while we work. You get the records before we leave or shortly after, depending on volume.
In our shop
Send it to Hatfield and we'll inspect, tag and return it. This suits customers who can pull rigging out of service in batches, and it's usually the faster route when a lot of items need repair, because anything that fails is already where it needs to be.
Where we go
Everywhere. We are based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, and we inspect on site across the country: California, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, West Virginia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, and up and down the mid-Atlantic. If you have rigging in more than one facility, a single inspector covering several sites on one trip is usually cheaper than sourcing a local vendor at each.
How to size the job before you call
Billed hourly, per inspector. No minimum job size. One inspector gets through roughly 80 to 100 pieces a day, so a plant with four hundred pieces of rigging is about a week of one person’s time, or less with more inspectors on site.
If you can count your rigging, you can estimate the scope yourself before you call us, and we will quote the rate against that count.

Scheduling
Turnaround depends on where the schedule sits when you call, and it moves. Rather than publish a number that’s wrong half the year: call, tell us what you have and where, and we’ll give you a real date on the phone.
How you get the records
However you want them. Paper for the binder on the wall, PDF for the file share, a spreadsheet you can sort and filter, or all three. Plenty of customers want the paper copy on site and the spreadsheet for whoever tracks compliance. That’s no trouble.
