- Penetrates the rope and displaces water and contaminants, which is where wear and corrosion start.
- Preserves the inner strands and keeps them moving against each other.
- Leaves the rope readable — you can still inspect it.
- Adheres to the strands as an outer film for corrosion protection.
- Non‑tacky, so it does not collect dust and grit.
- 410 Bio‑Lube is the environmentally friendly version, for work over water or in sensitive ground.
- 500 is made specifically for ski lifts and tramways.
