100% natural rubber straps with an S hook at each end, for holding a tarp down. Natural rubber rather than synthetic is what keeps them stretching in the cold instead of going stiff and snapping, and they are made in the USA.
Five lengths from 9 to 41 inches, 50 to a box. The hooks are uncrimped, so you can pull one off and fit a different one, or take them off entirely and thread the strap through a grommet.

Using them safely
A tarp tie is not a tiedown. It holds a tarp against wind; it secures nothing, and it counts for nothing toward a working load limit. Stretch one too far and the hook comes back at head height, which is why the sensible habit is to keep your face out of line and hook the far end first.
Replace any tie that has gone hard, cracked or chalky, or whose hook has straightened. Rubber perishes in sunlight, so a box that has sat on a dash all summer is worth checking before it is worth using.
